Sales Account Manager - Building Products / Plastics

Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is a growing company in the plastics and building products industry, seeking a Sales Account Manager. This role is responsible for increasing market penetration, maintaining customer relationships, and engaging in new business development within the defined territory, requiring frequent travel.

Responsibilities:

• Increase market penetration in the defined territory
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all current customers in the region
• Sell directly to OEM customers
• Involved in new business development
• Frequent travel as much as 50% or more is required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience is required
• Must have at least 5 years of sales experience
• Experience in general construction practices is highly preferred
• Experience in building products, plastics extrusion, metal building products, or vinyl siding, decking etc
• Proficient with internet research and MS Office-Outlook, Word, and Excel
