You analyze markets and trends and contribute your own ideas for customer outreach
Initial contact & acquisition
You proactively reach out to potential customers (by phone & digitally)
You conduct telephone (cold) outreach
You assess needs and qualify leads for the sales process
CRM & collaboration
You independently manage your deals in the CRM
You work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to continuously improve our processes
You support at trade shows and events to generate new contacts
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics)
You have excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
You enjoy making phone calls and are not afraid of cold calling
Your openness and interpersonal skills help you succeed in customer-facing situations
You are reliable and able to work independently
Confident use of MS Office is required; initial experience with Pipedrive is helpful but not mandatory
