Role Overview

• Own the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling, audience‑focused content.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and cross‑functional teams.
• Manage campaign budgets and performance reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through the application of the Danaher Business System.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing communications.
• Proven project management skills.
• Experience with digital workflow tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Demonstrated use of modern marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot).
• Strong writing skills for translating complex scientific concepts.
