Own the full sales cycle across new business opportunities within our commerce and retail platforms.
Prospect, qualify, and close mid-market and enterprise retail and eCommerce customers.
Build and execute account strategies tailored to each customer’s goals and priorities.
Lead value-based discovery and solution-selling conversations with multiple stakeholders, including senior and C-suite executives.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure strong customer outcomes and long-term growth.
Maintain a disciplined and accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
Represent Maropost at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements.
Requirements
5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS or retail/commerce technology.
A proven track record of closing mid-market and/or enterprise.
Strong discovery, solution selling, and closing capabilities across complex sales cycles.
Experience influencing multiple stakeholders, including senior and executive decision-makers.
Understanding of retail and eCommerce ecosystems (POS, CX, Martech, logistics, etc. highly regarded).
A structured, self-directed approach with strong commercial discipline.
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
Applicants must reside in QLD, NSW or VIC, hold unconditional permanent working rights in Australia, be able to travel interstate occasionally, and work from home.
