Conduct in-home sales consultations — listen to how clients live, scope the opportunity, and recommend the right solutions.
Develop and present tailored sales proposals, partnering with our system designers on technical scope.
Present Daisy’s solutions to trade partners and clients — one-on-one and in small group settings.
Run your pipeline in our CRM, log every touch, manage stages, and use the data to drive your outreach plan.
Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales hunting or business development — you’ve built pipeline from scratch and closed deals
Experience conducting in-home or on-site sales consultations and developing your own proposals
Disciplined CRM user — you treat your CRM as your operating system for business development, not an afterthought.
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
Self-directed and organized — you manage your own calendar, follow-ups, and pipeline without being chased
Comfortable learning smart home technology (or already familiar)
3+ years in custom integration, A/V, lighting control, low-voltage, or residential construction or related trade sales is a strong plus.
Existing relationships with Houston-area builders, designers, or architects is a strong plus.
Working knowledge of home automation platforms is a strong plus.
