About this role
Role Overview
Collect, process, and maintain payroll data in internal and external HR systems;
Coordinate with payroll vendors and ensure payroll accuracy and timely delivery;
Resolve payroll-related issues and respond to employee inquiries via ticketing system;
Prepare payroll reports and support compensation, bonus, and benefits processes;
Provide management information reports as per the agreed schedule and on specific requests;
Participate in audits and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation;
Support continuous improvement initiatives, training activities, and strong customer service standards.
Requirements
Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, etc.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
Experience with SuccessFactors / Employee Central is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
Reliable team player with strong ownership and accountability, as well as customer-focused with a proactive mindset.
