- Drafts and manages a variety of leave-related legal correspondence
- Manages all leave assignments, escalations, and queries in the case management system
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources Management
- 5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience
- Certified Professional (CP)
- Society of Human Resource Management
- Society of Human Resource Management is preferred
- Familiarity with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), Short
- and Long-Term Disability, and ADAAA (Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act)
- Strong critical thinking and solution-driven decision-making
