Provide operational excellence within the assigned region.
Drive change management plans, develop strategies and deploy tactics to attain short-term and long-term financial and operational goals.
Oversee net APBITA across branches and sales and service operations.
Monitor progress against district and region revenue objectives.
Oversee development of General Managers and coach district colleagues.
Manage recruiting efforts, interviewing, candidates hiring, and onboarding.
Oversee relationships with residential and commercial clients.
Ensure company programs and initiatives are delivered with excellence.
Lead and drive organization values through quality of service, relationships, and teamwork.
Establish tracking forums to assess progress against revenue objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management related subject
8+ years of field services management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s Degree preferred
Alternatively, military ranking of O5
Business operations experience
Skill in managing and leading assigned projects
understanding of project management
Maintains relevant licences as required by federal, state or local regulations for termite/pest control and any other business unit products and services
Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
Knowledge of laws, regulations, methods, and techniques in the area of specialty.
Position may require frequent overnight travel
