Role Overview
Understand the target customer's activities, drivers, and organization, and assimilate the value Honeywell offers them
Identify and evaluate new opportunities
Clearly articulate product value and demonstrate how solutions meet customer needs
Lead and manage resources to achieve clearly defined account objectives
Close sales
Implement effective negotiation strategies and plans
Prioritize opportunities and focus efforts on the highest-value short
and long-term opportunities based on business needs
Diligently track all opportunities in the sales management and tracking tool (CRM)
Strive to meet targets and motivate colleagues to perform at their best
Be visionary: anticipate future trends accurately, learn quickly, and think independently to adapt to situations.
Requirements
Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market
Strong understanding of customers' activities, drivers, and organizational structure
Good knowledge of products and solutions offered in the industrial automation market
Understanding of Honeywell’s value proposition and the full range of the company’s offerings
Business and financial acumen
Understanding of customers' and buyers' decision-making processes
Strong presentation and communication skills
Team player
Be both optimistic and persistent
Proficient with IT tools and sales tracking/management tools (CRM)
English: spoken and written (fluent)
