Shape and execute consumer/shopper-focused strategies
Lead annual negotiations and ensure efficient assortment, distribution, and product visibility
Work closely with cross-functional teams and field sales to coordinate national and local initiatives
Analyze market and shopper trends and support accurate forecasting to strengthen commercial performance
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in handling key customers within the FMCG sector, including participation in at least two full negotiation cycles with top clients
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful outcomes
Advanced analytical capabilities and strategic business thinking
Creativity, independence, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Comfortable working in an international, inclusive environment
Advanced/native proficiency in Polish and a very good command of English (at least B2 level).
