Partner with municipal and utility customers to understand operational challenges across lift stations, collection systems, and stormwater networks, delivering tailored DFS SCADA and telemetry solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with operators, engineers, and decision-makers, acting as a trusted resource for system optimization and modernization.
Collaborate with industry innovators and leverage team expertise to present new technologies and products to current and prospective clients.
Educate customers on best practices and emerging technologies in remote monitoring, alarm management, system integration, and digital transformation.
Serve as a resource and advisor, ensuring customers stay informed on the latest advancements in AMI, smart metering, and water quality solutions.
Represent Badger Meter and Data Flow Systems at industry events, technical conferences, and customer engagements to strengthen brand presence and partnerships.
Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to help shape product development and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in account management, preferably with utilities or government agencies.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to travel up to 75% within your territory.
