Leads the development and execution of annual, A'la carte, and quarterly retail go-to-market strategies and tactics aligned to vendor priorities, budgets, consumer trends, and retailer requirements.
Identifies and cultivates key vendor relationships with stakeholders to obtain Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and supports joint business planning.
Manages MDF budgets strategically to maximize ROI and accelerate assortment, merchandising, and promotional performance.
Plans, coordinates and executes Consumer marketing campaigns—including sell-in, sell-through, launch readiness, partner enablement, promotional activities, and omni-channel marketing—ensuring that all deliverables meet retailer and vendor brand standards.
Coordinates and manages applicable events including retail activations, product launch moments, and partner engagements.
Analyzes POS data, category trends, sell-through velocity, retail calendar impacts, and competitive activity to guide marketing decisions.
Evaluates campaign results and adjusts strategy to respond to retail performance, category shifts, and market changes.
Develops, implements and maintains standardized consumer marketing sell kits, and collateral.
Ensures consistent branding and messaging across all internal and external communications, product storytelling, and partner-facing content.
Manages MDF budgets and participates in the introduction of new programs, features, enablement kits, and turnkey assets that support retailer engagement and growth.
Contracts and works with outside vendors as needed for development and delivery of retail marketing programs.
May manage fee-based marketing programs focused on targeted markets or partner segments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years of B2C or channel marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics or retail distribution
Strong understanding of distributor–vendor–retailer ecosystems and fundamental marketing principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
Inclusive collaborator who values diverse perspectives and cultivates strong cross-functional relationships
Willingness to travel up to 25% and lift up to 20 lbs for event setups
