Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes in close cooperation with Hiring Managers.
Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives, including coordination of internship programme.
Coordinate learning and development activities, including managing training records and administration in the learning management system.
Support maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations in line with legal requirements and organizational standards.
Provide guidance and day-to-day advisory support on employee-related matters, ensuring compliance with labor law, internal policies, and HR best practices.
Prepare HR reports and analyze people-related data.
Provide HR administrative support and collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth people processes.
Requirements
minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, or HR specialist, generalist roles
degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust, engage employees, and communicate effectively across all levels
high empathy combined with a structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining high attention to detail
experience with HR systems (preferably Workday) and MS Office
very good command of English and Polish (spoken and written).
