About this role

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst in data-driven environments
Strong experience working with Power BI (reporting, dashboards, data visualization)
Proven ability to define KPIs and translate business requirements into data solutions
Experience working closely with business stakeholders across different domains (e.g., HR, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D)
Good understanding of data ecosystems and data platforms (e.g., Data Lakes, ETL processes)
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to structure requirements clearly for technical teams (data engineers, developers)
Fluent English (minimum B2)
Experience with Databricks and Data Lake architectures (NICE TO HAVE)
Exposure to AWS cloud environments (NICE TO HAVE)
Familiarity with .NET ecosystems (NICE TO HAVE)
Knowledge of test automation tools such as Playwright (NICE TO HAVE)
Experience in data product ownership or analytics-driven product environments (NICE TO HAVE)
Background in highly regulated or complex industries (NICE TO HAVE)
Experience working with distributed teams (NICE TO HAVE)
