Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level client accounts
Manage and grow long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and expansion
Lead virtual client meetings, reviews, and presentations with senior stakeholders
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals, challenges, and success metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate account documentation, forecasts, and reporting in CRM systems
Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Manager handling enterprise or high-value client accounts
Demonstrated success managing long-term, client-facing relationships at a senior level
Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, CRM platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident, professional on-camera presence
Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior and executive-level stakeholders
Highly self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
