Marketing Project Manager

Role Overview

• Lead multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to defined scope, quality standards, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project and process documentation
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate project kickoff, status, and closeout meetings
• Track project progress and manage outstanding action items across multiple stakeholders
• Provide regular project status updates throughout the project lifecycle
• Build, maintain, and optimize workflows within Asana by partnering closely with Marketing teams

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience as a project manager (or related experience)
• Experience supporting Marketing, Operations, or IT projects is a plus
• Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion, ensuring goals are met
• Experience using project management platforms; Asana preferred
• Must be fluent in English
