Digital Marketing Project Manager (Contract Position)

OHO is a digital agency serving higher education organizations. The Digital Marketing Project Manager supports client engagements and digital marketing initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project delivery and financials, and building client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and serve as their main point of contact
• Facilitate and empower the work of your digital marketing team, ensuring everyone is supported and set up for success
• Plan projects, allocate resources, and drive timely, high-quality delivery
• Track budgets and project financials, ensuring transparency and profitability
• Lead client and internal team meetings, fostering open communication and psychological safety
• Identify and mitigate project or client relationship risks proactively
• Pursue and secure client contract renewals and identify opportunities for additional services
• Leverage project management tools (Basecamp, Jira, Kantata, Google Workspace) to keep everything running smoothly

Requirements:

• Skilled at managing stress and modeling resilience for your team, even when things get hectic

• Strong communicator: clear, direct, and empathetic in both meetings and written communications, across all levels of the organization and with clients

• Able to work effectively across time zones
• 3+ years in a client-facing project management role in an agency setting
• Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred)
• Proven ability to deliver and manage digital marketing campaigns, with a solid understanding of the resources and tasks involved
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Superior time management and organizational abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to shifting demands and priorities
• Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and grow
