We require an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead and coordinate an on-site infrastructure, network, and supply chain transformation initiative at our Fort Worth facility. The engagement will require close coordination across infrastructure, manufacturing, supply chain, application teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
The Project/Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating vendor deliveries, site readiness, infrastructure and network changes, on-site implementation activities, system changes, testing, deployment, and business readiness. A key responsibility will be managing dependencies and sequencing activities to minimize disruption to manufacturing and supply chain operations.
The role will coordinate changes and dependencies across multiple business and technology platforms, including Siemens Opcenter, SAP, Maximo, ProCal, Veeva Vault, and other systems impacted by the infrastructure and operational changes. Responsibilities will include ensuring that system owners, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders have aligned implementation plans, schedules, dependencies, and readiness criteria.
Because the environment supports manufacturing operations that may be subject to GxP and other applicable regulatory or quality requirements, the Project/Program Manager must be comfortable managing projects in a controlled environment where change management, validation, documentation, testing, traceability, approvals, and implementation controls may be required. Any specific regulatory requirements, including HIPAA applicability, should be confirmed with the appropriate Quality, Compliance, and Privacy stakeholders.
