VP of Growth Marketing

Morley Associates, Inc. is a manufacturer’s representative firm serving the HVAC industry. The VP of Growth Marketing drives strategic marketing initiatives to accelerate revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships through integrated marketing, team leadership, and collaboration with sales and business development.

Responsibilities:

• The VP of Growth Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives that accelerate revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships in the HVAC sector
• This role oversees the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across digital, channel, and field marketing, aligned with sales and business development goals
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the marketing team, setting measurable growth objectives, analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating closely with sales leadership to refine positioning and demand generation programs
• The role also manages brand strategy, content and messaging, and go-to-market activities for new products, services, and territories
• The VP of Growth Marketing is expected to foster cross-functional alignment, maintain a deep understanding of the HVAC market, and continuously test and scale new growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development to align marketing efforts with revenue and pipeline growth
• Proven experience in Team Leadership, including mentoring, coaching, and building high-performing marketing organizations
• Strong Strategic Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute data-driven growth strategies across multiple channels
• Background in growth marketing, demand generation, and pipeline management in B2B or industrial sectors
• Ability to use analytics tools to measure campaign performance, segment audiences, and inform decision-making
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across sales, operations, and executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in or familiarity with the HVAC industry or technical product marketing
