Business Development Manager-Staffing Sales

CodeForce 360 is hiring a Business Development Manager to win new staffing clients across IT, BPO, administrative, finance, and healthcare sectors. The role focuses on building relationships with contingent-workforce decision-makers, developing MSP accounts, and supporting sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• The role is primarily for a hunter to bring in new logos to the company in the areas of IT, BPO, Admin, Clerical, Finance and Healthcare staffing. This role does not involve LIGHT INDUSTRIAL staffing
• Build relationship with key point of contacts who engage in contingent workforce hiring
• Attend contingent workforce industry conferences
• Create presentation decks and case studies explaining our business capabilities
• Speak at contingent workforce industry events
• Manage P&L for MSP accounts
• Understanding marketing outreach campaigns and lead generation
• Providing inputs for marketing collateral
• Manage onsite and offshore account managers for existing MSP accounts

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of organizational procurement structure such as Chief procurement officer, Contingent workforce category manager, MSP program manager, MSP supplier manager
• Prior experience in working with MSP partners such as Allegis, Pontoon, Kelly, etc
• Experience in completing RFI/RFP's
• Understanding marketing outreach campaigns and lead generation
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn sales navigator, Discoverorg, etc
• Hands on knowledge of using industry recognized CRM
