Sales Development Representative

BTC Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support sales and growth by nurturing inbound leads and pre-qualifying outbound prospects. The role creates a pipeline of opportunities through lead qualification, prospect outreach, and collaboration with the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Research and target potential clients to create targeted outbound strategies
• Contact prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce our services and set up meetings
• Qualify leads and assess the potential for business opportunities
• Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and events
• Maintain a timely and professional response cadence to nurture leads through the buyer’s journey
• Identify key decision-makers and gather relevant information for the sales team
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline
• Track and manage prospect interactions and updates in our CRM system
• Stay informed about Bitcoin trends and market developments to communicate our value proposition effectively
• Meet and exceed set targets for lead generation and sales meetings
• Design conversation templates and talk tracks that drive successful outcomes
• Track and report on marketing performance, providing regular updates to the entire team

Requirements:

• High energy, proactive, go-getter mentality and personality with a passion for sales
• Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, with a track record of achieving targets
• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to engage prospects effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using AI tools, with the initiative to independently explore and apply new technologies
• Familiarity with the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency space is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
