Product Marketing Manager, TOUCH®

Medartis is hiring a Product Marketing Manager for TOUCH® to lead downstream marketing of KeriMedical products in the United States. The role develops segment and product marketing strategies and commercialization plans, defines product messaging, conducts market research, and collaborates with education, sales, clinical, and corporate marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, such as increasing market share, revenue growth, and brand recognition in the medical device sector
• Define and communicate the value proposition of the company's medical devices, ensuring a clear and compelling message to target audiences
• Conduct extensive market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends, and use this information to refine marketing strategies
• Collaborate Medical Education, Sales/Sales Training, Clinical Excellence, and Clinical Research teams
• Work with KeriMedical corporate marketing to enhance initiatives, including website management, social media, email campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years experience in medical device product management required
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations, compliance, and quality standards
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• MBA preferred
• Orthopedic surgery (extremities, adult recon, sports medicine, or trauma) experience highly encouraged
