Project Manager

Elevate is hiring a Project Manager – eDDR for its Discovery business unit. The role manages eDiscovery and document review projects, serves as a customer liaison, and coordinates project documentation, data processing, review support, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all aspects of eDiscovery and document reviews projects
• Coordinate with internal customer stakeholders for collections
• Perform collections if needed
• Conduct initial kick-off calls with customers and their key stakeholders
• Ensure timelines are well understood by all parties and ensure a plan is in place to meet all relevant deadlines
• Maintain clear project documentation
• Load data between Repository and Review databases
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and coding panels
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project communications
• Process data in RelativityOne
• Produce data in RelativityOne
• Support review team
• Support Review Center
• Support issue resolution activities
• Support billing and invoicing activities

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in eDiscovery and document review project management is required
• Experience with voluminous projects for a single customer with multiple workstream tracking
• Experience with Review Center, prioritized review
• Thorough knowledge and experience of the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle, and managed document review is required
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with new and existing customers
• Proven healthy collaboration with other team members and with other departments
• Attention to detail

• Positive and enthusiastic
• Excellent MS Office skills - capable of preparing PowerPoint, Word, and Excel files without support
• Experience with Relativity required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with Relativity aiR products a plus
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification is strongly preferred
