Marketing Account Manager

twentytwo & brand is a cleantech marketing agency seeking a Marketing Account Manager to manage client relationships and support strategy execution. The role combines project management, public relations, content development, and communications for climate and renewable energy technology clients.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with clients and workshop ideas in real time
• Ask key deliverables questions
• Take detailed notes
• Support client calls and lead select sections
• Preparation of client-facing materials:
• Ensure agendas, status updates, and action items are up to date
• Basic client, competitor, and industry research
• Keep accounts organized and on track, managing logistics up and down
• Communicate during business hours internally and externally with reasonable timeliness
• Support team with strategy and PR plan development
• Track performance metrics and develop client-facing quarterly reports
• Monitor media coverage and track client competitor activity
• Support planning and the development of strategic recommendations
• Develop client communication materials, including short- and long-form content deliverables such as press releases, blog articles, etc
• Coordinate earned placements, press release distribution, and PR reporting
• Create content & copy for select clients’ social media accounts while collaborating closely with the design team on graphics
• Develop applications that position clients for awards and secure speaking opportunities for subject matter experts

• 4+ years of project management and public relations experience
• Comfort with deadlines and a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality work for clients and teams
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams & similar software
• preferably within an agency setting
• Experience in Renewable Energy / Sustainability / CleanTech is strongly preferred
• Experience managing projects in Asana is strongly preferred
