Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support Legal Operations and enterprise business applications. This individual will work closely with Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to manage, enhance, and optimize systems supporting contract lifecycle management (CLM) and legal business processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce, Conga/Apttus, DocuSign, and CLM solutions, along with the ability to lead requirements gathering, project planning, solution design, and execution of system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal Operations and IT stakeholders to understand business needs, identify process improvements, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support and enhance Salesforce, Conga/Apttus, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management applications.
• Lead business systems analysis activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, functional specifications, and solution design.
• Coordinate planning and execution of system enhancements, configurations, integrations, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, vendors, and business stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Evaluate existing legal technology workflows and recommend improvements to automation, efficiency, and user experience.
• Support testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and deployment of system changes.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide ongoing functional expertise and support for legal technology applications.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
• Hands-on functional experience with Salesforce and contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions.
• Experience with Conga/Apttus and DocuSign.
• Understanding of Legal Operations processes, including contract creation, review, approval, execution, and management.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Strong background in project planning, solution design, testing, and implementation of system changes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Legal Operations teams within large enterprise environments.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and CLM workflows.
• Knowledge of contract automation, approval workflows, and document management.
• Experience coordinating system implementations or enhancement projects.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise application change management.
