Business Analyst

Gainwell Technologies is a company focused on using leading-edge technologies to improve healthcare for vulnerable communities. The Business Analyst will prepare and distribute posting reports, conduct research and payment reconciliation, support missing-check resolution, identify process improvements, and measure performance against requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute daily posting reports and posting status communications
• Perform posting research and payment reconciliation activities
• Research and resolution support of missing checks
• Assists in the identification and communication of process improvement opportunities
• Measures performance against process requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three or more years of data analysis experience
• Intermediate SQL Skills – Experienced in writing and using SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis
• Project and task management- Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Collaboration and communication skills- Strong ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally with teams to create deliverables and provide client support
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
