Customer Service Sales Support

Adaptive Specialties is hiring a remote Customer Service Sales Support professional to assist clients with product information, orders, and inquiries related to medical equipment and home modifications. The role supports sales, coordinates with internal teams and manufacturers, documents client interactions, follows up on satisfaction, and escalates complex issues when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day responsibilities include answering calls and emails, providing courteous and accurate information, and guiding clients through available product options and services
• The role involves supporting the sales process by creating quotes, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams and manufacturers, and ensuring clients receive timely updates on their orders
• The individual will document interactions in the CRM or designated systems, follow up to confirm client satisfaction, and escalate complex issues when needed

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide clients through the buying process
• 4+ years
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to ensure clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their decisions
• Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills for professional, empathetic interactions with diverse clients
• Candidates should possess basic sales support skills, including order processing, quoting, and coordination with internal and external partners
• prior experience in customer-facing roles
• comfort with remote work tools and CRM systems
• strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• the capacity to learn product details and industry terminology
• 4+ years in sales and operations, including experience with online and consultive sales
• A track record of increaseing sales goals and leading or training others
• Strong communication and listening skills, plus real concern for clients facing hard situations
• Comfort with data: you like finding patterns and turning them into action
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets
