Field Marketing Manager, Onsites

BioRender is on a mission to accelerate the world’s ability to learn, discover, and communicate science. They are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to design and execute event experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and demand within the scientific community.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize BioRender’s onsite and field marketing strategy — driving brand presence, pipeline growth, and community engagement through events and activations
• Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for customer onsites, conferences, trade shows, and regional events, ensuring every experience reflects BioRender’s brand and mission
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align field marketing activities with go-to-market goals and customer engagement strategies
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver exceptional onsite experiences efficiently and on brand
• Collect and analyze event performance data to measure ROI and continuously optimize our field marketing approach
• Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to amplify event content across digital, PR, and community channels

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing — ideally in a SaaS, tech, or life sciences environment
• Proven success executing and optimizing field marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and brand impact
• Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to manage and execute against fast-paced timelines and across several cross-functional collaborators
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships across teams and vendors
• A passion for creating exceptional in-person experiences that inspire and engage audiences
