Sales Executive, Enterprise Tech

MNTN is hiring a Sales Executive to establish and grow its Enterprise Technology advertising business. The role owns the full sales cycle, develops new customer relationships, and partners across teams to deliver customer success and inform product development.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle for new advertisers within the Enterprise Technology vertical, from initial outreach through close
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic self-prospecting, inbound demand, referrals, and industry relationships
• Develop strong relationships with growth marketers, paid media leaders, and other key decision-makers
• Build MNTN’s presence and credibility within the Enterprise Technology vertical, helping prospects see the value of Performance TV and turning early wins into market momentum
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand each prospect’s business goals, marketing strategy, growth opportunities, and recognizing patterns across many conversations to identify what's resonating and where the product needs to evolve
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and recommendations that connect MNTN’s platform to customer objectives
• Build trusted relationships and navigate multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process
• Be a thought leader and educate customers on how CTV can complement existing performance channels, including paid social, search, retail media, affiliate, and other customer acquisition channels
• Partner closely with Customer Success to help own the onboarding and success fulfillment process end-to-end, ensuring customers achieve early value
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene while using AI, Salesforce, and modern sales tools to work efficiently
• Share customer feedback, competitive insights, and market learnings that help strengthen our messaging and build a repeatable sales motion within the vertical

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, programmatic, and a full-cycle role that spans first meeting through managing the buying process and overseeing onboarding and success fulfillment
• Direct experience selling into one or more Tech sub-verticals: B2B SaaS, cloud, customer data platform, cybersecurity, enterprise networking, IT environments, or AI infrastructure
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, account-based marketing, attribution, measurement, incrementality, integrations, and growth media buying behavior
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding new-business sales quotas
• A self-starter's discipline to build pipelines through strategic outbound outreach, inbound follow-up, and thoughtful account planning
• A self-starter mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where the playbook may still be developing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence decision-makers
• Strong collaboration skills for working cross-functionally, primarily with product and engineering, to translate customer insight into the right opportunity or product change at the right time
• Ability to deliver into customer needs through thorough discovery, and to recognize patterns across many conversations that reveal what's really driving (or blocking) adoption
• Experience using Salesforce, sales-engagement platforms, prospecting workflows, AI tools, and other modern sales technology
• A builder mindset - you embrace feedback, learn quickly, and enjoy helping turn early wins into a scalable business
• preferably in CTV, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or another consultative B2B sales environment
• An understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, or media buying concepts is preferred
• Experience or established relationships within the Tech vertical is strongly preferred
