Field Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Commure is building an AI Operating System for healthcare that supports clinical documentation, patient and revenue workflows, and revenue cycle management. The Field Sales Development Representative will prospect in the field, build relationships with healthcare organizations, qualify opportunities, schedule demos, and contribute to revenue growth while supporting customers throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully source new business within private practices, physicians group, and health care systems
• Determine major territories with private practices as a customer base and initiate relationships with prospects in the field
• Make cold calls and qualify accounts while launching targeted outbound campaigns into high-potential accounts
• Achieve and exceed monthly quotas by qualifying opportunities and scheduling demos
• Align solutions with prospect business objectives/needs
• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to drive new business
• Become an expert in the healthcare space

Requirements:

• Candidates must be able and willing to work in the field prospecting at least 50% of the time including travel, based in one of the following areas: • Los Angeles, CA • Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX • Houston, TX • Phoenix, AZ • Chicago, IL • Indianapolis, IN • Cincinnati, OH • Atlanta, GA • Orlando, FL area • Miami, FL area • Washington, DC area • New York, NY/New Jersey area
• • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• • 6 months - 1 year+ of sales or healthcare experience
• • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• • Extremely flexible with an ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• • Process oriented, organized, and able to work well in unstructured environments
