Sales Development Representative (US Remote)

Mitek Systems is a global provider of digital and biometric identity authentication, fraud prevention, and mobile deposit solutions. The company is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline, engage decision-makers, qualify inbound and outbound prospects, set meetings, and support account executives through effective collaboration and sales outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Generate Qualified Pipeline
• Engage decision-makers at target accounts through personalized, multi-touch outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn
• Partner with account executives to map strategic accounts, identify buying groups and develop account-penetration plans
• Set qualified meetings that create meaningful sales pipeline
• Clearly communicate Mitek’s value across identity verification, biometric authentication and fraud prevention
• Convert Inbound Demand
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries, intent signals and campaign engagement
• Qualify prospects based on business need, organizational fit, buying context and opportunity potential
• Conduct timely post-event and campaign follow-up to convert engagement into qualified meetings
• Coordinate closely with account executives to ensure effective handoffs and follow-through
• Deliver Measurable Results
• Meet or exceed targets for qualified meetings set and pipeline created
• Maintain consistent, high-quality prospecting activity while focusing on conversion and business outcomes
• Use performance data to improve targeting, messaging and outreach
• Maintain accurate and timely account, contact and activity information in Salesforce
• Collaborate Across the Business
• Work with Sales, Marketing and Business Operations to align account priorities, qualification criteria and messaging
• Share prospect feedback, recurring objections, competitive insights and market needs to improve campaigns and sales strategy
• Build expertise in Mitek’s buyers, solutions, markets and competitive environment

Requirements:

• One to three years of sales development, business development or related prospecting experience in B2B technology or SaaS
• Experience prospecting into complex mid-market or enterprise accounts
• A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets for qualified meetings or pipeline
• Confidence making cold calls, engaging senior stakeholders and handling objections
• Strong research, written communication and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Clay, or comparable sales-development tools
• Strong organization, accountability and the ability to balance inbound and outbound priorities
• Experience selling to financial institutions, fintechs or other regulated enterprises
• Familiarity with identity verification, biometrics, fraud prevention, cybersecurity or digital banking
• Experience supporting account-based marketing and coordinated sales-and-marketing campaigns
