Outbound Sales Development Representative

Tivly connects business owners shopping for commercial insurance with agents who can serve their needs. The Outbound Sales Development Representative contacts decision-makers, books qualified prospects for weekly educational webinars, maintains CRM records, and shares prospect feedback with sales leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to prospective leads
• Reach and engage decision-makers over the phone
• Invite and secure commitments from qualified prospects to attend our weekly webinar
• Follow established outreach cadences and call frameworks - this role is not about pitching or presenting; it's about consistent, disciplined booking
• Personalize CRM notes using approved templates, updating variables per conversation
• Use our AI chatbot and resource hub as your first line of support for questions, keeping downtime low
• Maintain accurate records of every call, outcome, and next step in the CRM
• Surface patterns, objections, and prospect feedback to sales leadership
• Participate in regular 1:1 coaching focused on development and performance
• Adapt as messaging and workflows evolve based on what we're learning

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship​
• curious, coachable, organized, comfortable picking up the phone, and motivated enough to own their day

• You should be comfortable with:

• CRM systems and accurate data entry
• Professional email and calendar management
• AI-powered support/chatbot tools
• Browser-based applications, working across multiple systems
• Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar)

• Previous outbound sales experience
• Experience with automation or workflow tools such as Zapier is a plus, but not required
