Account Executive / Sales Rep - AI / GTM

Gojiberry AI builds AI go-to-market agents for B2B sales teams. The Full-Cycle Account Executive owns opportunities from first conversation through close, including discovery, tailored demos, customer setup, and improving the sales process with the founders.

Responsibilities:

• Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from first conversation through close
• Handle inbound leads and turn them into qualified opportunities
• Reactivate warm prospects from our existing database
• Self-generate pipeline by engaging prospects already showing relevant buying signals
• Run discovery calls to understand each company's GTM motion, ICP, sales process, and objectives
• Deliver demos tailored to the prospect's actual use case rather than generic product walkthroughs
• Recommend how prospects should structure Gojiberry for their team, targeting, signals, outreach, and workflows
• Handle objections, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing
• Help new customers define their initial success plan and setup
• Work directly with the founders to continuously improve messaging, qualification, demos, and conversion
• Over time, help open new markets and experiment with new acquisition channels

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years
• US citizenship/visa not required
• Early in your sales career and hungry to learn fast
• Comfortable speaking with prospects, running conversations, and handling objections
• Excited by owning more than one small part of the sales process
• You understand that timing, context, and relevance matter more than outreach volume
• Curious about outbound, AI, sales, and modern GTM systems
• Structured, reactive, and focused on outcomes
• Comfortable learning a product deeply enough to recommend how customers should use it
• You want to become an exceptional salesperson and GTM operator, not simply follow a playbook
• Native-level English required
