Senior Product Manager - Agentic Banking

Q2 is a provider of digital banking and lending solutions for financial institutions and fintechs. The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build its Agentic Banking product suite, lead product strategy and lifecycle management, and deliver self-service offerings for financial institution back-office roles. The role will collaborate across teams, engage customers and stakeholders, and ensure product, go-to-market, and financial goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Agentic Banking Solutions
• Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
• Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for new products and enhancements
• Monitor product performance, adoption, financial results, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to successfully deliver product initiatives
• Represent the product with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on back-office banking workflows and the Agentic Solutions that solve for them
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executive leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
• Demonstrable experience in software product management or similar roles
• 4+ years experience in the Financial Services industry and/or strong understanding of banking operations (ex: customer support, compliance, deposit operations, payment processing, digital banking, lending, etc.)
• Strong team leadership, including building, growing, motivating, and mentoring high-performance teams
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Excel and data analysis proficiency
• Self-starter with ability to deliver results independently
• Familiarity with using AI Solutions, i.e. Claude, ChatGPT
• Understanding of how AI systems operate (Tokenomics, Agent Development, Skills Writing, etc.)
• This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English
