Sales Development Representative

Atlas Aerial Service provides aerial mapping, imaging, photography, LiDAR, and inspection services. The Sales Development Representative will generate new business, consult with clients, secure contracts, and expand the company’s market presence. The role also involves coordinating project handoffs and tracking sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Prospect, outreach, and pitch aerial service solutions to potential clients across target industries including real estate, construction, infrastructure, and land surveying
• Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand specific project scopes and recommend appropriate aerial imaging and mapping solutions
• Deal Closing: Prepare accurate quotes, follow up diligently on sales leads, and close binding sales agreements
• Operations Handoff: Maintain clear communication with clients and the internal operations team to ensure seamless project handoffs
• Performance Tracking: Actively track sales pipelines, outreach metrics, and closed deals

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, field sales, or business development
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with strong time management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet weekly performance milestones
• Knowledge or interest in aerial services, drone technology, LiDAR, or infrastructure inspection
