Vice President of Market Project Management

LDJ Capital VC Division is seeking a Vice President of Marketing Project Management to lead its marketing project management system. The role oversees marketing projects, campaigns, events, budgets, resources, risks, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination while managing and developing the marketing project management team.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate the company's marketing project management system and long-term management direction
• Establish mechanisms for marketing project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation
• Determine key projects and execution priorities based on corporate marketing strategy
• Develop unified standards and workflows for marketing project management
• Report on the execution status of key marketing projects to the senior management team
• Develop project plans and execution roadmaps based on the annual marketing strategy
• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and key deliverables
• Prioritize multiple marketing projects and plan resource allocation
• Ensure alignment between marketing projects and overall corporate business goals
• Conduct periodic reviews and adjustments for key projects
• Oversee the overall execution and management of the company's key marketing projects
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and deliverables
• Establish mechanisms for tracking project milestones and key tasks
• Identify execution issues promptly and drive their resolution
• Ensure marketing projects are completed according to plan
• Coordinate the participation of Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and other departments in marketing projects
• Clarify project responsibilities and deliverable requirements for each department
• Resolve issues regarding resources, communication, and execution across departments
• Establish unified mechanisms for project communication and feedback
• Drive collaborative efforts across departments toward shared marketing goals
• Oversee large-scale marketing events, industry events, client events, and promotional projects
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, resources, and vendor coordination for events
• Monitor event execution quality and project deliverables
• Evaluate and summarize the effectiveness of marketing events. Propose follow-up optimization suggestions based on project outcomes
• Participate in formulating annual budgets for marketing projects
• Plan costs and resources for key marketing projects
• Monitor the utilization of project budgets
• Analyze the relationship between project inputs and actual results
• Drive the rational allocation of resources and improve usage efficiency for marketing projects
• Establish mechanisms for identifying and managing marketing project risks
• Assess risks related to project schedules, budgets, resources, and execution
• Formulate risk response strategies and solutions for issues
• Report major project risks to management in a timely manner
• Establish mechanisms for tracking and resolving project issues
• Establish a performance indicator system for marketing projects
• Track key metrics such as project completion rates, budget execution rates, and market outcomes
• Analyze the input-output performance of various marketing projects
• Regularly produce reports on project management and operational analysis
• Optimize future marketing project planning based on data insights
• Oversee the organization and management of the marketing project management team
• Define team objectives, work standards, and performance requirements
• Develop project managers and talent in marketing project management
• Establish mechanisms for sharing project management experience and standardizing processes
• Enhance the team's overall project execution capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Commerce, or a related field
• Extensive experience in marketing project management, marketing management, or related fields
• Experience managing large-scale marketing projects or cross-departmental projects
• Experience in senior management or team leadership roles
• Familiarity with marketing project management processes and methodologies
• Excellent planning, organizational, and execution skills
• Strong capabilities in budget management and resource allocation
• Proficiency in identifying project risks and resolving issues
• Strong skills in data analysis and project performance management
• Ability to manage multiple complex marketing projects simultaneously
• Excellent cross-departmental coordination and team leadership capabilities
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams to achieve project goals collaboratively
• Possess strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Able to effectively allocate resources and prioritize tasks in a multi-project environment
• Demonstrate strong execution capabilities and a results-oriented mindset
• MBA or advanced education in Project Management or related fields is preferred
• Experience managing large-scale marketing events, promotional campaigns, or corporate marketing projects is preferred
