Senior Vice President of Project Management

Leap Invest Holding is seeking a Senior Vice President of Project Management to lead its enterprise-wide project management strategy. The role oversees strategic project portfolios, complex program execution, governance, resource and budget allocation, risk management, executive partnerships, and the development of a high-performing project management organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s project management strategy, frameworks, standards, and operating models to support strategic priorities and organizational growth
• Oversee the enterprise project and program portfolio, establish priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure resources are directed toward high-impact strategic initiatives
• Provide executive oversight of complex, cross-functional programs and projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, delivery, and alignment with business objectives
• Establish project governance structures, performance metrics, reporting standards, and review mechanisms to improve accountability, transparency, and execution quality
• Optimize project resources, budgets, timelines, and investments while balancing organizational capacity with strategic priorities and expected business outcomes
• Establish enterprise-level approaches to identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, dependencies, escalations, and execution challenges
• Partner with the CEO, executive leadership, and business functions to translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and provide timely insights on project performance and business impact
• Build and lead a high-performing project management organization, strengthen delivery capabilities, develop leadership talent, and promote continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, operations, strategy, or related functions
• 8+ years of experience in senior project, program, or enterprise leadership roles
• Proven experience managing complex project portfolios across multiple functions, business units, or markets
• Strong background in strategic planning, project governance, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and executive reporting
