Digital Marketing Media Buyer (Test Only)

Matchnode is a performance-driven digital marketing agency helping brands grow through paid media across Meta, Google, and other platforms. The Digital Marketing Media Buyer will plan, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns for multiple client accounts while managing budgets, testing strategies, tracking performance, and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Build, launch, and QA campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, plus TikTok and LinkedIn when a client needs them
• Manage budgets and pacing daily across several client accounts
• Keep a close eye on CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate, and act on what you see
• Plan and run tests on creative, audiences, bidding, and landing pages, then share what you learned
• Work with our creative team on what to make next, based on what's performing
• Spot growth opportunities and bring clear recommendations to the team and to clients
• Put together client-ready reports that explain results in plain language
• Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and delivery issues when they come up
• Keep up with platform changes and try AI tools and automation that make the work faster

Requirements:

• Have 2 to 4 years of hands-on media buying experience, running your own campaigns and budgets
• Know Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads well
• Have managed several accounts at once, ideally at an agency
• Like working with numbers and use them to decide what to change next
• Understand conversion tracking and attribution well enough to notice when something looks off
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and good at staying ahead of deadlines
• Communicate clearly and early, with teammates and with clients
• Do your best work independently in a remote setup
• certifications are a plus
• TikTok or LinkedIn experience is a bonus
