Sales Development Representative

Duxre is building an AI-powered operating system for commercial real estate brokers and dealmakers. The Sales Development Representative will prospect brokers, activate them on the Ignite platform, help bring listings live, book demos, qualify potential paid accounts, and manage sales activity and pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect individual brokers, small teams, and boutique brokerages by phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry networks
• Get brokers activated on Ignite and walk them through getting their first listings live
• Follow up on listings in progress until they're live on the marketplace
• Book and confirm demos for our Account Executives
• Qualify teams that are ready for a paid subscription and hand them off with full context
• Manage activity and pipeline in HubSpot
• Bring back what brokers are telling you, so our messaging and outbound playbook keep getting sharper
• Hit and exceed daily and monthly targets for listings and demos

Requirements:

• 0–2 years in sales, business development, or another client-facing role
• Comfortable on the phone all day, and persistent without being pushy
• Disciplined CRM hygiene (we use HubSpot)
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Competitive about results, coachable about how
• Consistent: you show up and do the work every day, not in bursts
• Thrives in ambiguity, energized by early-stage environments
• Real curiosity about how CRE deals get done
• Time as a junior broker, analyst, or marketing coordinator at a CRE firm
• CRE tech experience (CoStar, Crexi, LoopNet, Buildout, etc.)
• A year or two of SDR or BDR experience at a SaaS company
