Sales Development Representative - US

Super Payments is a global fintech platform that uses data and AI to make payments free for businesses. The Sales Development Representative will help build the founding US sales team by targeting merchant accounts, conducting multichannel outbound prospecting, engaging senior decision-makers, and generating qualified sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Owning and managing a high-value target account list, mapping complex stakeholder structures including CFOs, Heads of Payments, and E-commerce Directors
• Conducting detailed research to ensure prospects align with our Ideal Customer Profile, identifying high-intent signals and strong commercial opportunities
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account intelligence within CRM systems
• Executing high-quality outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Delivering compelling, high-impact messaging that challenges traditional payment fee models
• Running sophisticated multi-channel prospecting sequences to engage senior decision-makers
• Partnering closely with Account Executives to uncover merchant needs, address objections, and generate interest in Super Payments
• Consistently generating 10–15 qualified meetings per month with prospective merchants (merchant with $10M+ annual TPV)
• Identifying and developing early-stage opportunities that convert into high-value sales conversations
• Contributing directly to the growth of Super Payments’ mid-market and enterprise pipeline

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of outbound prospecting experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or merchant services
• Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding meeting/opportunity quota (specific numbers welcome)
• Comfort engaging mid-market and enterprise stakeholders (Director through VP level)
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to write punchy outbound that gets replies
• Experience with modern outbound stack: Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, ZoomInfo or Apollo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Demonstrated curiosity about how payments, BNPL, and merchant economics work
• Resilient, coachable, and motivated by ambitious targets and equity upside
