Senior IT Product Manager, Centh AI

Centh AI deploys AI agents to manage healthcare workforce operations, including recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, and compliance. The Senior IT Product Manager will own the roadmap and end-to-end delivery of core platform capabilities, translating customer and operator needs into product specifications, launches, and iterative improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap for core product areas: clinician collect/verify/maintain, PSV flows, dashboards, and integrations (JobDiva, VMS, and related systems)
• Turn messy ops reality into clear specs, shippable slices, and tight feedback loops with customers and our agents
• Drive delivery end to end with engineering: scope, sequencing, launch, and iteration
• Sit with customers and operators (staffing firms, ASCs, health systems) to learn where onboarding and credentialing stall, then productize the fix
• Set quality bars for demos, pilots, and production so what we show is what we run

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product for B2B SaaS or healthcare ops/IT, with real ownership of shipped systems
• Strong at IT product development and delivery: requirements, prioritization, release planning, and getting cross-functional work across the line
• Comfortable in ambiguous early-stage environments; you write clearly, decide fast, and follow through
• High agency. You don't wait for perfect inputs
• Experience with healthcare, staffing, credentialing, compliance, or complex workflow products is a plus
