Principal Product Manager - Remote

Providence Health & Services is a comprehensive healthcare organization focused on patient-centered, whole-person care. The Principal Product Manager will lead the vision, operation, continuous improvement, and advancement of an enterprise-wide service, balancing business needs with resource and technical constraints while driving teams toward results.

Responsibilities:

• The Principal Product Manager role is both broad, across a business unit and deep, in terms of technical, process and continuous improvement required to run and maintain an enterprise wide service
• This role works in a fast paced, evolving environment, have with constant demands for better services
• It requires strong problem resolution, decision making, communication and partnering skills
• This role requires someone to be both a leader and teacher a coach as we continue to advance to cutting edge, innovative mindset, and skill-set to the organization
• It requires a leader that thrives through creating a vision, building consensus, and driving teams towards results
• You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus resource and technical constraints

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or equivalent education/experience
• 8 years progressively increasing responsibility in management level experience (project, program, product and/or people) with a focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management experience
• Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or equivalent education/experience
• 5 years familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages: SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools
• 5 years experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations
