Customer Service Specialist | Remote

Sphinx Life Solutions is an independent insurance agency representing life insurance and financial products from multiple carriers. The Customer Service Specialist will remotely meet with individuals and families seeking insurance information, explain coverage options, recommend solutions, and build client relationships while developing a book of business.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Help clients understand their options, recommend coverage based on their individual needs, and build meaningful relationships as you develop your book of business
• Help clients protect their families, futures, and legacies through solutions including Mortgage Protection, Term and Whole Life Insurance, Final Expense products, Retirement planning, and Advanced Market products including Indexed Universal Life Products (IUL’s) as well as Annuities

• A Life & Health Insurance License is required before working with clients
• Must be able to qualify to obtain a US Resident State Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check—no felonies or recent bankruptcies)
