Sales Development Representative

JTL SOLUTIONS LLC is a web development and digital media company that helps businesses grow their online presence through websites, digital marketing, local SEO, branding, and tailored technology solutions. The Sales Development Representative will generate and qualify new business opportunities, conduct virtual sales calls, represent the company’s digital services, manage sales opportunities, and support prospects through the sales process and client onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting virtual sales calls and presentations, communicating with business owners and decision-makers, and moving qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Represent JTL SOLUTIONS LLC’s services, including website development, local SEO, digital marketing, branding, and other digital solutions, while learning to identify the specific needs of each prospect and recommend appropriate solutions
• Preparing proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, maintaining accurate CRM records, managing sales opportunities, communicating with prospects throughout the sales process, assisting with client onboarding when needed, and providing feedback to internal teams regarding prospect needs and market opportunities

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage prospects and provide a professional client experience
• Candidates should possess sales and sales management skills to generate opportunities, manage sales pipelines, build relationships, and work toward or exceed performance targets
• Candidates should possess training and presentation skills to explain services, guide prospects through solutions, and assist clients during onboarding when necessary
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with prospective clients
• Comfortable conducting phone calls, Google Meet meetings, and virtual presentations
• Ability to maintain organized CRM records and manage multiple sales opportunities
• Comfortable using CRM systems, online meeting platforms, email, and basic productivity software
• Ability to learn JTL SOLUTIONS LLC's services, sales process, and offerings
• Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Applicants must reside in the United States
• Previous sales experience is preferred
• Experience selling digital marketing, web development, SEO, advertising, technology solutions, or other business services is beneficial
• B2B sales or account management experience is preferred
