Director, Fastpath Growth Marketing

Delinea is a cybersecurity company that secures human and machine identities through its cloud-native Identity Security Platform. The Director, Delinea Fastpath Growth Marketing, will own and execute an integrated growth strategy spanning demand generation, campaigns, digital, partner marketing, and customer expansion, while leading a dedicated growth team and driving measurable pipeline, revenue, and marketing ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the integrated growth marketing strategy aligned with Delinea Fastpath’s business, sales, pipeline and revenue objectives
• Translate commercial priorities into actionable plans across demand generation, campaigns, digital, partner marketing and customer expansion
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that create demand, generate pipeline and accelerate ARR
• Partner closely with Sales to align on target accounts, markets and opportunities, ensuring effective lead follow-up and pipeline progression
• Identify opportunities to grow within priority markets, customer segments and accounts, balancing new-logo acquisition with customer expansion
• Develop and scale co-marketing programs across Delinea Fastpath’s extensive partner ecosystem, working with partners to execute joint campaigns, content, events and digital initiatives that expand reach, create demand and generate partner-sourced pipeline
• Lead and develop the dedicated Delinea Fastpath growth team, including the Campaign Manager and Partner Marketing Lead
• Coordinate with the broader Delinea marketing organization to leverage shared expertise across digital, web, content, events, paid media, operations and analytics
• Own the Fastpath growth marketing budget, prioritizing investment based on commercial impact and return
• Establish clear performance targets and reporting across marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, campaign effectiveness, conversion and return on marketing investment
• Use performance data, customer insight and market trends to continually optimize plans, channels and investment
• Provide clear updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders on performance, opportunities, risks and priorities

Requirements:

• Significant B2B growth, demand generation or integrated marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, identity, governance or a related technology market
• Proven experience building marketing strategies that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact
• Strong knowledge of B2B demand generation across campaigns, digital, ABM, content, events and Sales activation
• Experience driving growth through partner or channel ecosystems, including co-marketing and partner-led demand generation
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to connect marketing investment directly to business outcomes
• Experience leading and developing high-performing marketers
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining close enough to execution to ensure plans translate into results
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence Sales, Channel, Product and Marketing stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and experimentation is encouraged
