Recruiter - Growth and Marketing

Kalshi is a prediction-markets company building a new category of financial markets. The Marketing & Growth Recruiter will own recruiting across growth, marketing, brand, creative, communications, and partnerships, managing searches from intake and sourcing through offers and closing. The role partners closely with hiring managers, identifies passive talent, and improves recruiting processes and pipeline performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage role intake, sourcing, screening, interview processes, offers, and closing across marketing and growth
• Map relevant companies and teams, develop targeted outreach, and find talent through LinkedIn, portfolios, communities, referrals, and creative research
• Understand the differences between paid acquisition, lifecycle, brand, creative, communications, and partnerships - and what strong performance looks like in each
• Translate business needs into clear candidate profiles, distinguish essential skills from preferences, and use market feedback to refine searches
• Understand what candidates personally built, shipped, or improved, and help identify the people with the judgment and execution ability to succeed at Kalshi
• Drive timely feedback, maintain clear next steps, resolve bottlenecks, and give candidates a responsive, well-run experience
• Build relationships, understand candidate motivations, tell Kalshi’s story, and partner with hiring managers to bring offers across the finish line
• Track pipeline health, conversion, speed, and offer acceptance to understand where searches need attention and make changes quickly

Requirements:

• You've successfully recruited across several relevant disciplines and can speak credibly with both candidates and hiring managers
• You know how to build a search from scratch, reach passive candidates, and uncover talent beyond the obvious companies and titles
• You look beyond a recognizable employer or polished résumé to understand someone's actual contribution, ability, and potential
• You take responsibility for outcomes, follow through on details, and maintain momentum across multiple searches
• You can earn trust, give direct feedback, and challenge assumptions constructively
• You connect with people, understand what matters to them, and help them see how they could contribute at Kalshi
• You learn unfamiliar functions quickly and make progress as priorities and hiring needs evolve
• Experience recruiting for a rapidly scaling consumer, fintech, marketplace, or crypto company
• An established network across marketing, growth, brand, or creative talent
• Experience building recruiting processes or opening new hiring functions
