Business Systems Analysis Manager

CXC Global is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analysis Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team within the Enterprise PMO. The role is responsible for advancing the organization's business analysis practice, partnering with business and technology leaders on strategic initiatives, and driving process improvements, governance, and stakeholder alignment across complex programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts, fostering professional growth and delivery excellence
• Allocate and manage BSA resources across a diverse project portfolio based on business priorities, complexity, and team expertise
• Establish, standardize, and continuously improve enterprise business analysis practices, including requirements gathering, process modeling, documentation, and traceability
• Partner closely with the Enterprise PMO Portfolio Manager on project intake, prioritization, business case development, resource planning, and portfolio management
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance leadership to ensure alignment between requirements, testing strategies, user acceptance testing, and defect prevention efforts
• Provide executive leadership with visibility into BSA capacity, resource utilization, portfolio demand, quality metrics, and program risks
• Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and technology implementation projects across multiple business units
• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners to ensure successful project outcomes
• Promote governance, compliance, and best practices within regulated and high-risk business environments
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and maturity of the Business Systems Analysis function

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Business Analysis and/or Systems Analysis roles
• 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring Business Analysts or similar professionals
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or a comparable Business Analysis certification is required
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives, strategic programs, and technology implementations
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements management, process improvement, and governance frameworks
• Direct experience supporting SOX compliance, audit requirements, or other regulated/high-risk environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment
