Product Manager

Lumira Search is recruiting for an unnamed medtech start-up focused on neuromodulation therapy for chronic pain. The Product Manager will own the product lifecycle, shape go-to-market strategy and launches, and work with cross-functional teams and physicians to support product development and clinical activities.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll work cross-functionally with R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams, and spend time in the field with pain physicians, anesthesiologists, and neurosurgeons to gather customer feedback and liaise with the engineering team
• You’d develop GTM strategy, positioning, and launch plans
• You’ll also gain experience supporting physician training, usability studies, and clinical evaluations, along with many other interesting responsibilities

Requirements:

• 3-7 years in product management within neuromodulation
• Comfort working in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to build credibility with physicians
• existing chronic pain, SCS or PNS experience is highly preferred
• Experience navigating design controls (ISO 13485) is highly preferred
• active implantable experience a strong plus
