Online Sales Marketing Manager - Books/ Commission based

The Online Sales Marketing Manager – Books will drive online sales and visibility for the company’s book offerings and related digital products by managing campaigns, optimizing listings and content, analyzing performance, and expanding promotional channels and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, manage product listings on e-commerce and digital platforms, and optimize content for search and conversion
• Tracking performance metrics, analyzing sales data, and adjusting campaigns to improve reach and revenue
• Coordinating promotional activities, managing social media and email marketing for book sales, collaborating with internal stakeholders on pricing and positioning, and identifying new online channels and partnerships to expand market presence

Requirements:

• Proven experience in online sales or e-commerce management, ideally with books, digital content, or information products
• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media marketing, email marketing, paid ads, and basic SEO for online product listings
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to target audiences and specific online channels
• Comfort with data analysis and sales metrics to monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in product descriptions and marketing copy
• Self-directed work style, capable of managing part-time remote responsibilities and commission-based targets
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Shopify, or similar marketplaces) is highly beneficial
• Background in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred; entrepreneurial mindset and international business interest are a plus
