Account Executive | Customer Growth Manager (SaaS - Brazil)

4DF Connect is seeking an Account Executive and Customer Growth Manager to own the full customer lifecycle for its configurable SaaS platform. The role combines consultative sales, customer success, and account management, including converting opportunities, onboarding customers, driving adoption, retaining accounts, and growing a book of business.

Responsibilities:

• Work with qualified opportunities generated through inbound, partner, and targeted GTM efforts
• Run consultative discovery to understand workflows, pain points, and goals
• Configure and deliver tailored product demos using Scoop’s no-code platform
• Guide opportunities through follow-up, proposal, negotiation, and closed-won conversion
• Lead new customers through onboarding and early value realization
• Help configure workflows, train users, and drive adoption
• Identify risks early and coordinate internal support where needed
• Manage the ongoing health of your assigned customer portfolio
• Build trusted customer relationships
• Monitor adoption, engagement, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities
• Identify growth opportunities that genuinely fit the customer’s business

Requirements:

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS Sales, or a related customer-facing revenue role
• Comfort owning or contributing to revenue outcomes
• Strong discovery, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand customer workflows and translate them into practical solutions
• Confidence learning and demonstrating a configurable SaaS product
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Ability to balance new opportunities with ongoing customer management
• Coachability and openness to direction, feedback and input
• Advanced/Native communication skills in English (written and spoken)
